Field Basics: Checkbox

The checkbox field creates an on/off checkbox. Options are defined by the admin and customers select from the list defined by the admin. 

Additional Settings

Autotag Users: Customers can be automatically tagged in Shopify with the value of their selection.

Options: Enter options here. Options can be simple text or use a key|value pair to display one value on the form and store another value as the selection.

Display Format: Set whether the options should be shown horizontally or vertically.
