Field Basics: Section Header

The section header field creates header that you can use to separate form sections. 

Additional Settings

Body: Enter any additional text or HTML you'd like displayed below the title of the section.

Section Title: A header title shown above the body field.

Header Tag: Set the HTML tag you would like the title to be wrapped in.
